Product Management at its Best: You will develop and optimize product portfolios, oversee revenue, profit, and cost control, and manage the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept through launch to ongoing refinement Innovation and control: You will work closely with the Product Management Team Lead, develop future-proof product ideas, and handle product controlling. In doing so, you will always keep an eye on the market and competitive landscapeOptimization of information flows: You will ensure that all relevant product-related information is optimally managed and utilized within the company as well as with our key partners Marketing mix: Together with Sales and Marketing, you will develop compelling marketing mix strategies that perfectly position our products and successfully launch them in the marketSupporting the sales teams: You will ensure that the sales team is equipped with everything it needs to successfully sell our products—from sales materials to market-relevant data Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering, or equivalent training—and have already gained experience in product management Ideally, you are familiar with the lighting industry or a similar field and have in-depth knowledge of the residential/consumer sector You are proficient in standard industrial development processes and methods and are confident in using project management and planning toolsMS Office, SAP, and SharePoint are second nature to you; you can use them with confidence Presentations and communication are your strengths—you know how to address and persuade different stakeholders effectively You speak German and English very well—additional languages are a plus You stand out for your strong organizational skills, structured approach to work, and commitment to quality.
