As a Site&Operations Manager (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will be the central link of pharmacy operations (Kamille Apotheek) based in Netherlands. You ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and that our quality standards and operational efficiency are not only maintained but continuously improved.

What you’ll be doing : Team Leadership&Scalability : You lead, motivate, and develop a team of currently 16 employees. In our fast-growing environment, you are responsible for scaling the team, recruiting new members, and adapting leadership structures to support our rapid expansion. Operational Agility in a Growing Environment : You drive operational excellence in a company that is constantly evolving. You ensure that our processes remain flexible and robust as we continue to grow and professionalize our structures.Operational Planning:

You are responsible for staff and vacation planning to ensure optimal capacity across all shifts, keeping pace with increasing order volumes. Process Optimization&Efficiency:

You analyze existing workflows in logistics and warehousing, identify bottlenecks, and consistently implement measures for efficiency increases and cost-optimization to support our scaling. Quality Management : You ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical and logistical standards (GDP) and work on the continuous improvement of our processes.Procurement&Administration:

You obtain quotes, coordinate orders, and negotiate with service providers and suppliers to ensure the best conditions for our growing needs. Daily Operations:

You maintain full control over the daily workflow– from goods receipt to final shipping to our customers.

What you need to shine : 3+ years experience in a leadership role/site management within warehouse operations, ideally within digital consumer healthcare People leadership experience with robust communication and stakeholder management skills Strong knowledge of logistics&understanding of best-in-class warehouse management operations Strong analytical skills with a lens for process optimisation and setting meaningful KPIs to measure process efficiency Fluency in Dutch and English languages. German is a strong advantage Familiarity with QMS for pharmacies is a plusCross-boarder e-commerce pharmacy experience is a plus
