We currently have a great opportunity for Technical Support Engineer, to join our AMSS team. The main base is XXX, XXX, but due to our focus in the Food&Beverage customers globally, we are open to accommodating some degree of home office work. Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers (internal as well as external) Perform problem analysis and provide advice Optimize product quality and prepare service visits to customers Maintain the Pentair– Haffmans, Union and Witterman information database Set up, manage, and provide internal and external technical training coursesParticipate actively in project teams Assist production at X‑Checks to test new installations in‑house or on‑site Participate in the technical support service to provide 24‑7 remote and on‑site service support to our customers Perform occasional external maintenance, calibrations, repairs, troubleshooting and short commissioning of all equipmentPerform onsite audit on CO2 plants Willing to travel for short periods of time (25%) Key Qualifications

MBO+ or HBO education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering AOT or Process Technology At least 5‑7 years of work experience as a (Service) Engineer or in a similar role Language skills: English (good speaking and writing), German (good speaking and writing) and French (good speaking)Good technical knowledge of Compressor Technology, Cooling Technology and PLC systems (Siemens) Flexible attitude, results‑oriented, team player Knowledge of CRM systems Benefits
