Support Engineer, Venlo

As a

Support Engineer , you are the first point of contact for on-site IT support. You ensure that employee workplaces, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and general connectivity function smoothly across our office and retail locations. This role focuses on end-user IT support, not core infrastructure management.

You will:

Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees (laptops, printers, phones, peripherals);

Set up, move, and maintain user workplaces (docking stations, monitors, keyboards, etc.);

Support basic connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, network access) and elevate when needed;

Manage company mobile phones and provide basic app support;

Handle service desk tickets within SLA and document solutions;

Maintain hardware inventory and prepare devices for reuse/recycling.

Provide IT support for Venlo and Utrecht offices as well as the physical stores in Tilburg and Zaandam;

Coordinate with central IT and external vendors for issues outside the role’s scope.

25 vacation days, increasing with time of service, with the option to purchase 10 additional days;

Non-contributory pension;

€0,23 / km net travel allowance and a net remote work allowance of €2,45.

You have:

Hands-on IT support experience in a user-facing environment;

Experience withticketing systems (Jira) and Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace, is a plus;

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-focused skills;

Willingness to travel occasionally between locations;

Fluency in Dutch;

Driving License.
