Then this could be your next career step. As a Well-being&Absence Manager, you will directly contribute to the well-being and sustainable employability of their employees. You play a key role in preventing and reducing absenteeism within the organization. Responsibilities

Develop and implement an effective preventive strategy to reduce absenteeism. Lead and inspire a team of case managers and other involved professionals. Analyze absence data and translate insights into concrete actions and improvement initiatives. Work closely with HR, managers, Business Controllers, and external partners such as occupational health physicians.Advise management and the board on absenteeism policy and sustainable employability. What you bring

At least 3 years of leadership experience in absence guidance, case management, or occupational health services. Excellent communication skills and a decisive, goal-oriented mindset. Fluency in Dutch and English or Polish; English where Dutch would be an advantage. Strong understanding of the culture and challenges of employees from Central and Eastern Europe.Knowledge of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act and relevant laws and regulations.
