Responsibilities

Leadend-to-endAIvoiceagentimplementationsfromdesigntogo-live.

BuildandmaintainintegrationswithCRMs,telephony,andworkflowtools.

Collaboratewithcustomerteamstoaligntechnicaldeploymentswithbusinessgoals.

Identifyoptimizationopportunitiestoimproveadoptionandperformance.

Actasthetechnicalvoiceofthecustomer,feedinginsightsbacktoproductandengineering.

Troubleshootandresolvetechnicalissues,ensuringreliableproductionenvironments.

Developbestpracticesanddocumentationtosupportfuturedeployments.

Requirements

3–6yearsinatechnicalcustomer-facingrole(FDE,SolutionsEngineer,ImplementationEngineer).

Hands-oncodingwithPython,JavaScript,orlow-codeintegrations.

Experiencewithenterprisesoftwareimplementations,APIs,CRMs,ortelephonyplatforms.

InterestorexperienceinAI/MLtechnologies,especiallyconversationalAIorLLMs.

Strongcommunicationskills,bridgingtechnicalandbusinessperspectives.

FluentinGerman(LanguagesskillsinSpanishandEnglishalsobeneficial)
