Planner, Supply Chain Planning (Temporary– Maternity Leave Cover) About The Role This is a temporary opportunity to gain broad exposure to Supply Chain Planning at Herbalife and understand how planning decisions are made across a highly international environment. In this role, you will support different areas of Supply Chain Planning,including Demand Planning, Vendor Planning, and Deployment&Assembly Planning, working with teams across regions.

The position offers a hands‑on view of supply chain planning principles in practice — from forecasting and supplier coordination to deployment from hubs to spokes. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a solid understanding of how global supply chains operate and how data supports decision‑making ina complex, international organization.

In This Role, You Will

Assist Deployment&Assembly Planners with daily activities, including supporting and creating resupply and shop orders

Support the Demand Planning team by managing less complex forecast updates in the Demantra forecasting system

Assist the Vendor Planning team with administrative and coordination tasks

Prepare reports using MS Excel and Power BI

Develop new Work Instructions for the Oracle Fusion system integration based on input from Subject Matter Experts

Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources

Prepare detailed ad‑hoc analyses to support Supply Chain–related decisions

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Our Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain planning within a regional or global FMCG organization

Experience with MRP planning and/or advanced forecasting systems

Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle experience is an advantage)

Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel (experience with Copilot is an advantage)

Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset

Structured problem‑solving skills and ability to work with data

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross‑functional, international environment
