About the team and role:
At Herbalife, quality is more than a standard it is at the core of everything we do. Operating within a regional structure, our QA team within EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Eurasia and Africa) has central hubs in Venray (Netherlands) and Krakow (Poland). Acting as the“eyes and ears” of the business, we ensure compliance across warehouses, contract manufacturers and distribution centres. We are protecting product integrity, consumer safety and Herbalife’s reputation for high quality nutrition.
To strengthen the quality compliance activities across our region we are now seeking a
Quality Compliance Manager . In this role, you will ensure that our products meet the highest standards across a diverse and internal region. Operating at the heart of our Quality organisation, you will combine audit expertise, stakeholder engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive compliance excellence across the region.

In this role you will:
Lead and manage the EMEA Compliance QMS audit programme, including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting
Conduct onsite audits and remote assessments across manufacturing sites, suppliers, laboratories, and distribution centres
Support onboarding new contract manufacturers, laboratories, and suppliers
Drive investigations, CAPA processes, and compliance‑related communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Support new product start‑ups and ensure compliance readiness across all relevant functions
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on regulatory frameworks such as FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, Halal, Kosher, and Non‑GMO
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve compliance procedures, documentation, and audit reports
Train and guide internal teams on compliance topics, regulatory expectations and best practices
Support regulatory inspections before, during and after audits to ensure full compliance readiness
Ensure facility registrations and certifications are maintained
Travel across the EMEA region to oversee internal and external partners
Your work ensures that compliance is not only maintained but continuously strengthened across the region.
Our requirements:
You are a confident and experienced quality professional who thrives in a global, fast‑paced environment.
7+ years of experience in Quality or Compliance within a regulated industry (preferably food or dietary supplements)
Auditing experience within manufacturing environments, preferably a qualified lead auditor
Strong knowledge of QMS, GMPs, EU regulations and global certification standards
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations
Strong analytical mindset with experience in investigations and CAPA management
Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly across functions and cultures
Comfortable delivering training
Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
