Function content For our client in Venray we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service employee 32‑40 hours.
You will be responsible for the planning, communication and other administrative tasks for one of the customers, ensuring that the goods arrive and leave our warehouse on time. In this position you will report to the Account Manager.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, chat and other communication channels.
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing accurate, complete, and timely information.
Manage customer orders, returns, replacements, complaints, feedback and account inquiries.
Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
Follow up on customer requests regarding urgent orders, work orders and other issues.
Support process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
Manage and prioritize daily workload to meet or exceed service‑level agreements.
Monitor the progress of your own department and of the warehouse.
Collaborate closely with other departments.
Monitor the KPIs and identify deviations in time.
Participate in daily and weekly internal and external progress meetings.
Compile various reports.
Map out common problems, solve them and think through optimizing the process.
Keep work instructions up to date.

Education and/or experience equivalent to a MBO+/HBO level or degree.
Experience in an international Customer Service / Sales Support environment is an advantage.

Good communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
Flexible, structured, accurate, service‑oriented and able to keep overview.
