Process Operator Thermoplastics / Packaging. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to support the manufacturing of plastic masterbatches. The role includes making pre‑mixes, managing logistics to and from extruders, operating the extruder, supporting post‑processing, packing masterbatches, and performing maintenance and cleaning of the machines. The work is performed in a three‑shift operation (rotating 06:00‑14:30 / 13:30‑22:00).Responsibilities

Make pre‑mix of raw materials. Handle logistics to and from extruders. Operate the extruder and support any post‑processing. Pack plastic masterbatches before shipment to customers. Maintain and clean machines. Qualifications

Energetic person with technical insight. Minimum 2+ years experience as an operator. Efficiency and quality‑conscious work style. Team player who likes order and tidiness. Proficiency in English or Dutch. Willingness to work shifts. Benefits

Fixed‑term contract, with prospect of permanent contract. Salary starting at €3024 (incl. 12% shift allowance), depending on experience. 25 vacation days + 8 ADV days (based on 40hours).
