Role: Business Unit Manager JLA Loading Arms A strategic, hands-on leader with full P&L responsibility, driving profitable growth and operational excellence. You professionalise engineering, standardise processes, and embed continuous improvement, while maintaining a strong, people-focused culture. You lead the Operational team and work closely with Sales and Service to translate market demand into scalable results. Based in Vlaardingen, reporting to the Division Director.
Profile 10–15+ years in complex engineering environments (e.g. heavy industry, marine, equipment) Proven P&L / BU leadership experience Strong track record in scaling operations, improving engineering and reducing failure costs Experience with continuous improvement (PDCA/Kaizen, DFM/DFA) Fluent in Dutch&English
