In this role, you act as a sparring partner for Sales and senior business stakeholders, translating complex challenges into scalable, value-driven digital solutions. This role has a strong consultancy focus, where business impact comes first, supported by smart use of technology. This position is part of our IT organization and operates on a global level.What are you going to do?

Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for Sales and business stakeholders, translating business needs into impactful and commercially driven digital solutions. Drive and shape digital and business transformation initiatives, leveraging technologies such as low-code / Microsoft PowerApps, AI / Copilot next to enterprise systems like SAP to create tangible business value.Align business processes with scalable enterprise solutions, ensuring a future-proof and integrated global landscape. Lead and influence cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives without direct hierarchical responsibility, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement. Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, using data, analytics, and market insights to continuously improve business outcomes.What do you bring?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong affinity with Sales and commercial processes, with the ability to act as a true business partner and consultant. Proven experience in (in-house) consultancy, stakeholder management, and driving businesstransformation initiatives in an international environment.Proven experience with enterprise platforms and technologies such as Microsoft PowerApps, AI solutions, and Copilot. Solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication and influencing skills, focused on delivering business value over purely technical solutions. What do we offer?

Direct employment with Stahl through a 1-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract. A competitive salary:€ 5,789 - € 7,805 based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on knowledge and experience). 8% holiday allowance and a 13th month (8.33%).
