Team Coordinator Outbound BFC CEVA Logistics is a leading international logistics service provider. In the Benelux region, we operate over 50 locations spread across 30 sites, where more than 11,000 colleagues contribute daily to our success.

YOUR ROLE As Team Coordinator Outbound you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the workfloor, stand strong and have a hands-on mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. A flexible mindset sets the tone for your day. You will be in close contact with the Team Leader for coordination and guidance. You are working from our bol. Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;

You proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor;

You ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process;

You share information and, in consultation with your Supervisor, take the initiative to implement process improvements;

You report on work progress to your Supervisor.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;

Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;

You master the English language verbally and in writing.

Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;

You are available full‑time.

You will receive a monthly salary between€ 2.605,81 and €3.346,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);

You will start with a one‑year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
