We are looking for a commercially driven Global Business Solution Delegate who combines strong business acumen with technology awareness. In this role, you act as a sparring partner for Sales and senior business stakeholders, translating complex challenges into scalable, value‑driven solutions. You will play a key role in driving business transformation, strengthening commercial performance, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across our global organization. This role has a strong consultancy focus, where business impact comes first, supported by smart use oftechnology. This position is part of our ICT organization and operates on a global level.
What are you going to do?
Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for Sales and business stakeholders, translating business needs into impactful and commercially driven solutions.
Drive and shape digital and business transformation initiatives, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft PowerApps, AI, and Copilot to create tangible business value.
Align business processes with scalable enterprise solutions, ensuring a future‑proof and integrated global landscape.
Lead and influence cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives without direct hierarchical responsibility, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.
Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, using data, analytics, and market insights to continuously improve business outcomes.
What do you bring?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong affinity with Sales and commercial processes, with the ability to act as a true business partner and consultant.
Proven experience in consultancy, stakeholder management, and driving business transformation initiatives in an international environment.
Proven experience with enterprise platforms and technologies such as Microsoft PowerApps, AI solutions, and Copilot.
Solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication and influencing skills, focused on delivering business value over purely technical solutions.

Direct employment with Stahl through a 1-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract.
