Team Leader (Bulky Item Delivery Operations), Waddinxveen

Location: Waddinxveen

Responsibilities

Develop and execute daily delivery plans to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Monitor delivery progress and resolve exceptions to improve overall efficiency.

Analyze delivery workflows to identify efficiency bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives.

Promote standardized operating procedures and continuously optimize service processes.

Track key operational KPIs such as on‑time delivery rate, delivery cost, and exception rate.

Prepare operational reports and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.

Work closely with warehouse, customer service, product, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues; maintain effective communication with regional or city‑level teams to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to delivery services; propose and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

Relevant experience in logistics, delivery, or operations management (3+ years).

Professional Skills

Solid understanding of delivery operations, supply chain processes, and operational KPIs.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools for data analysis and reporting.

Experience with ERP, dispatching systems, or delivery management systems is a plus.
