As a Team Leader VAS, you are responsible for leading a team of warehouse/production employees. Your main focus is improving team performance and optimizing processes on a daily basis. The role is primarily in day shift (07:30– 16:30), with flexibility required depending on operational needs. Coaching, motivating, and guiding your team (LEAN focus)Coordinating daily warehouse and production activities Monitoring performance and taking action when needed Planning workforce capacity effectively Managing internal logistics using WMS systems Solving operational issues on the floor Ensuring team members are multi-skilled Driving continuous improvement initiativesLeading daily stand-up meetings Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards (RI&E, HACCP, BRC) Acting as part of the BHV (emergency response) structure Over het bedrijf
