What You’ll Do
Lead the sales process for control valves, ensuring technical and commercial excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related technical field.
5+ years of proven experience in sales within industrial markets.
Previous experience in valves business is seen as an advantage.
Fluent Dutch and English, both verbal and written, are mandatory; French is a plus.
Open social attitude and communication skills enabling multi‑cultural interactions externally with customers and internally within own organization.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and confidently drive results.
Willing to embrace challenges, aim for ambitious targets, and see every opportunity as a chance to grow and develop.
Open‑minded, creative, and confident in networking and influencing.
To Succeed in This Role You’ll need a solid understanding of customer drivers and market dynamics, combined with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
