Group supervisor, Wageningen

As a group leader you can make a difference in the lives of others! You help in the preparation of a project: a part of the day where a group of volunteers will help someone (practical project) or provide a fun activity somewhere (social project). You go on a project visit with the contact person of the volunteer group. You also guide the group on the project day by starting up and closing the project. Giving presentations to groups that have registered can, if you like, be part of the tasks as well.Job requirements

We ask you to be communicative and able to move along, you can deal with a diverse target group, you are practical and flexible and can ensure that a difficult project runs smoothly. You know how to keep your cool in difficult situations and you sign a volunteer agreement. What do you have to offer the volunteer

An induction process, (non‑mandatory) training, guidance. And being part of an organization of enthusiastic people who look after fellow Wageningers in a practical way and are happy to share stories about them. A volunteer thank you moment (drinks/meal) at least twice a year. What makes the work worthwhile

The working hours can be arranged flexibly, the number of hours per month depends on the number of projects you want to supervise (one project costs approx. 6 hours per month). Projects mainly take place on evenings or Saturdays, possibly presentations on evenings. Planning project visits takes place during working hours, so it is nice if you can be flexible.Related to
