As Team Lead, you will be responsible for our general services team and will work together to ensure that the common areas are clean and presentable, including cleaning the restaurant, meeting rooms, lobby and toilets. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, such as creating the team schedule and managing the (cleaning) supplies.As Team Lead, you will participate in the cleaning and also ensure that the housekeeping staff can do their work properly. You will ensure a clean, safe and well-organised hotel and monitor the quality of the facility services. Qualifications&Requirements

You are available from 1 May 2026; You are flexible and have no problem working morning and evening shifts. You are also available on weekends and public holidays; You have access to a car or a bicycle; You have experience managing cleaning teams in the hotel industry; You have an MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in the field of facilities or hospitality;You are available for at least 24 hours per week. Depending on your experience in the hospitality industry, you will receive a competitive salary between€2.600 and €2.800 per month based on 40 hours, excluding 8% holiday pay. A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre if you live more than 10 kilometres away by bicycle (with a maximum of 30 kilometres). If you live within a radius of 10 kilometres, you are eligible for the E-bike lease, for which you only pay 7% additional tax liability.
