Team Lead Housekeeping– Common Areas
What challenges await you?
As Team Lead, you will be responsible for the general services team and will work together to ensure that the common areas are clean and presentable, including the restaurant, meeting rooms, lobby and toilets.
You will be responsible for administrative tasks, such as creating the team schedule and managing cleaning supplies.
As Team Lead, you will participate in the cleaning and also ensure that the housekeeping staff can do their work properly.
You will ensure a clean, safe and well‑organised hotel and monitor the quality of the facility services.

We hope you have the following:
You are available from 1 May 2026.
You are flexible and willing to work morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
You have access to a car or bicycle.
You have experience managing cleaning teams in the hotel industry.
You have an MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in facilities or hospitality.
You are available for at least 24 hours per week.
Benefits as part of the Toekan family
Competitive salary between€2,600 and €2,800 per month (based on 40 hours, excluding 8% holiday pay) depending on experience.
Travel allowance of€0.23 per kilometre if living more than 10 kilometres away by bicycle (maximum 30 kilometres). If within 10 kilometres, eligible for an E‑bike lease with 7% additional tax liability. Parking for cars and e‑bikes (including charging) is free.
Option to stay in company accommodation.
