Head of Housekeeping Can you and your team make the hotel shine and adapt quickly when the situation requires it? If so, we are looking for you.

What challenges await you?

As Head of Housekeeping, you are the senior member of the team and main point of contact for the team. You ensure that the team is able to carry out their work properly and efficiently.

In addition, you work with the team to clean the hotel, including the restaurant, the lobby, the function rooms, the staff canteen, the toilets and all other public areas. Cleaning hotel rooms is not included in this role.

You are also responsible for administrative tasks, including drawing up the team rota and managing cleaning supplies.

You ensure the hotel is clean, safe and well‑organised, and monitor the quality of the facilities service.

Are you a good fit for our toucan family? You are hands‑on and work alongside your colleagues in the cleaning team while taking on additional responsibilities. The Facility Manager can rely on you for this. Of course, you are hospitable and know how to help our guests where necessary!

Qualifications In addition, we hope you have the following:

You are flexible and have no problem working morning and evening shifts. You are also available on weekends and public holidays.

You have access to a car or a bicycle.

You have experience managing cleaning teams in the hotel industry.

You have an MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in the field of facilities or hospitality.

You are available for at least 30 hours per week.

Depending on your experience in the hospitality industry, you will receive a competitive salary between€2.600 and €2.800 per month based on 40 hours, excluding 8% holiday pay.

A travel allowance of€0.23 per kilometre if you live more than 10 kilometres away by bicycle (with a maximum of 30 kilometres). If you live within a radius of 10 kilometres, you are eligible for the E‑bike lease, for which you only pay 7% additional tax liability. Parking for both cars and E‑bikes (including charging) is free at our hotel!
