As the driving force behind SILICON's product lineup, you will be at the forefront of its entire lifecycle of our Refractory Anchoring Systems, from ideation to launch and beyond. Your responsibilities will also include the following tasks:: Evaluate product performance and financial viability.Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability while ensuring product success. Recommend product modifications based on market analysis and user feedback. Optimize product strategies in collaboration with the Marketing, Engineering and Sales team. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.Establish unique value propositions and positioning strategies for SILICON products. Develop and present product business cases aligning with strategic goals. Lead new product development projects and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Manage an extensive database of product information for internal use.Maintain product business cases, documentation, and nomenclature. Commercial Product Manager

who can blend both technical and commercial expertise, combined with the following qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a Technical or Commercial field. Affinity for technical products and applications in SILICON’s target industries (e.g. petrochemical industry, cement industry). A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.Analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Proficient at handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of and experience with product management methodologies, tools, and documents.
