Technical Customer Service Manager– Containerboard
We are looking for an ambitious Technical Customer Service (TCS) Manager for the Business Area Containerboard. This role can be based at one of StoraEnso’s offices or mills in Western Europe and includes international travel and a hybrid working model. The position reports to the Senior Manager, TCS and supports business‑area customer relations and technical issues.Responsibilities
Provide technical support for product‑related issues. Participate in customer trials and development‑related projects. Support Sales in various tasks. Conduct product and process training for customers. Enable effective collaboration among production, customers, development, laboratory and business units.Qualifications
University degree in a relevant field. Strong technical background with experience in corrugated board, packaging or related technologies; experience in printing or converting technologies is a plus. Experience in technical customer service preferred. Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.Data‑driven decision making, proactive ownership, and high accountability. Benefits
