How You Keep The Engine Running With Us As an experienced Aircraft Structure Technician, you will perform inspections, repairs and/or modifications on state‑of‑the‑art military aircraft at the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) bases of Volkel and Leeuwarden, located in the Netherlands. You will work on metallic and composite substructures, using aircraft manuals and blueprints. You are a colleague within Fokker Services Group, embedded in the maintenance teams at the air base.

How You Are Valuable To Us You are a pragmatic team player with more than 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Structures Technician. You are skilled in executing depot‑level modifications as per engineering/technical specifications in a Part‑145 environment. Experience with military aircraft maintenance is preferred. You have strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, and can read and understand technical English. Proficiency in speaking and writing Dutch is preferred. Candidates must be eligible for military security screening, which requires a clean background with no factors that could affect security clearance eligibility.

Where you will be working Your flight plan: Fokker Techniek offers long‑term contracts (minimum of 24 months) with excellent conditions on either employee or contractor basis. During your first days we will evaluate your skills and offer in‑house sheet metal/composite training courses to expand your knowledge and experience to the required level. We also provide suitable housing in the region of Volkel or Leeuwarden.
