How You Keep The Engine Running With Us As an Operational Buyer, you will join the Order Control team, consisting of 8 colleagues working in a decentralized setup across the site. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring that materials and services are available on time, at the right quality, and under the most favorable commercial conditions to support daily operations.

Your Responsibilities Include

Managing procurement activities and securing materials under optimal conditions

Planning and outsourcing components for testing, repair, and overhaul

Maintaining inventory levels and accurate supplier administration

Managing RFQ processes and selecting appropriate suppliers

Monitoring supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and cost

Handling RMAs, restocking processes, and resolving non-conformities

Ensuring proper quality controls both internally and externally

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

How You Are Valuable To Us We are looking for a professional with an MBO+/HBO level of thinking and working, who brings a structured and accurate approach. You are collaborative, flexible, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Your commercial awareness and negotiation skills enable you to achieve the best possible results, while your problem‑solving mindset helps you deal effectively with operational challenges.

In Addition, You Bring

Experience or affinity with purchasing and tendering processes (NEVI Mil basics is a plus)

Proficiency in MS Office

Fluency in written and spoken English

Knowledge of quality systems (a plus)

Interest in technical documentation such as drawings and manuals (a plus)

Familiarity with Envision (a plus)

Knowledge of or affinity with Lean and Six Sigma (a plus)

Please note that this position is carried out in a two‑shift schedule, alternating between day and evening shifts.
