How You Keep The Engine Running With Us As an Operational Buyer, you are part of the Supply Chain Management department, supporting both Material Services and Component Services. You act as the link between internal departments and suppliers, ensuring a smooth and reliable order flow for spares, exchanges and repairs.

You are responsible for securing materials and services under optimal commercial conditions, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and meeting operational service levels.

Your Responsibilities Include

Purchasing materials and services under the best commercial terms

Planning and outsourcing components for testing, repair and overhaul

Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate administration

Handling RFQs and selecting subcontractors

Monitoring supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost)

Providing order status updates and proposing solutions when delays occur

Managing RMAs, restocking fees and resolving non-conformities

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Together with your team, you ensure operational continuity and contribute to delivering the ultimate customer experience.

Experience&Qualifications How you are valuable to us

MBO+/HBO working and thinking level

Knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes (NEVI Mil is an advantage)

Experience with MS Office

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Knowledge of quality systems is an advantage

Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma is a plus
