What You'll Do

Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as A&P mechanics Provide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goals Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Conduct thorough technical prescreening Leverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidateProvide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the process Negotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent Position Requirements

Bachelors degree 5 years of talent acquisition experience Desired Characteristics

Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills. Corporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industry. International recruiting experience. Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and managing the candidate workflow. ORC / Fusion experience is a plus.Proficient with MS Office Suite. Previous experience recruiting for postings at all levels (operations/technical, professional&leadership roles). Ability to work collaboratively with HR professionals and Hiring Managers. Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing priorities. Provide accurate, actionable feedback and coaching to Hiring Managers.Strong process orientation, attention to detail, time management and organization skills. Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. About Us
