Raw Idea is a growing scale-up in large-format 3D printing, combining industrial production capabilities, advanced manufacturing technology, and entrepreneurial ambition. We are building something distinctive in the market, with the capability to create large custom products and components for sectors such as marine, interiors, hospitality, architecture, and custom manufacturing.We already produce applications including marine products, consoles, parts, and bespoke interior solutions. We have the machines. We have the technical foundation. What we need now is a commercially sharp, proactive person who can turn capability into revenue and help shape the next phase of growth.This role is for someone who likes building, not waiting. Someone who can work independently, open doors, create momentum, and win new business in a company with serious potential.

What you will do• Build a strong pipeline of new customers, projects, and partnerships. • Identify the sectors where our large-format 3D printing capability can win today. • Approach and develop customers in markets such as marine, interiors, hospitality, custom fabrication, architecture, and related sectors.• Convert opportunities into quotations, proposals, negotiations, and signed business. • Work closely with operations to ensure that what is sold can also be delivered. • Help sharpen our proposition, pricing, and commercial focus. • Spot new applications, partnerships, and routes to market.• Act as a visible and credible commercial face of the business.

Who this role is for• This role suits a hands-on business developer with a hunter mentality. • You may come from technical sales, project sales, marine, bespoke interiors, custom manufacturing, fabrication, industrial products, or a similar environment where you have won business through credibility, persistence,and strong relationship-building.• You do not need to come from 3D printing. You do need to understand how to sell custom solutions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.
