As a Subco Manager, you are responsible for one of the most critical parts of our operation: our subcontractors. You ensure they perform at their best— operationally, financially, and in line with Trunkrs standards. You act as a strategic partner and performance driver, making sure subcontractors deliver excellent quality, manage their drivers effectively, and operate efficiently. By combining data, relationship management, and operational excellence, you help create a delivery network that runs like a well-oiled machine.Your mission: enable subcontractors to achieve high performance while building strong, sustainable partnerships that support long-term growth. Drive subcontractor performance to achieve a 98%+ delivery hit rate and minimize delivery exceptions Ensure strict compliance with Trunkrs operating standards through audits and continuous follow-up Enable subcontractors to improve driver performance through data, coaching, and training Use data insights to increase productivity and optimize regional network efficiencySet clear productivity targets and manage underperformance with structured improvement plans Safeguard cost efficiency by ensuring operations stay within the delivery rate card Build strong relationships with subcontractors through weekly check-ins and monthly face-to-face meetings Monitor subcontractor operational and financial health, ensuring fair driver treatment and safe operationsActively resolve issues, elevate when needed, and continuously improve partnerships Drive subcontractor satisfaction (NPS) and foster long-term collaboration
