Role Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Trunkrs, you're the trusted partner for our customers—strategic, hands-on, and always one step ahead. You build strong relationships, spot opportunities, and help our customers grow—together with Trunkrs. You go beyond basic support: you think along, challenge the status quo, and help us get better every day.You ensure smooth collaboration between the customer and Trunkrs—from implementation and operations to optimization and growth. You’re not just focused on satisfaction, but on measurable impact. Growth, loyalty, and trust—that’s what you aim for.

What you’ll do

Manage a portfolio of customers with a focus on satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth Conduct business reviews, check-ins, and strategic sessions to strengthen partnerships Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities that benefit both the customer and Trunkrs Collaborate closely with internal teams to solve challenges quickly and efficientlyMonitor key metrics (NPS, revenue, margin) and act on early signs of churn or issues Ensure all customer data and interactions are accurately logged in HubSpot
