The Brand Representative is actively engaged with customers, providing excellent service by anticipating and responding to their needs. They are outgoing, stylish, helpful, and maintain awareness of the store environment, ensuring they remain approachable and calm. They initiate conversations and connect genuinely with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience and promoting sales.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Experience - Store Presentation and Sales Floor - Communication - Asset Protection&Shrink - Policies and Procedures - Training and Development
Qualifications - Fluent in English; Dutch is optional but appreciated - Adaptability and flexibility - Ability to learn and apply new skills - Attention to detail - Multi-tasking skills - Strong work ethic
