QA Engineer(Kotlin, Webdriver IO, Appium, Playwright, Karate), Zaandam

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in testing our services, extending and maintaining our end-to-end (e2e) test automation repositories, and ensuring our customers enjoy seamless experiences every day.

What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain automated tests to catch issues early and deliver confidently at scale Conduct manual exploratory and feature testing when needed, ensuring comprehensive coverage and uncovering edge cases Contribute to the evolution of our test automation strategy and champion best practices across the teamCollaborate closely with developers and product owners to continuously improve the quality, performance, and reliability of our systems Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and agile ceremonies as an active member of our engineering team Play a key role in guaranteeing that millions of customers see the right product data and prices in real time, every single day

What We’re Looking For Experience with one or more of the following: WebdriverIO, Appium, Playwright, Karate Experience in Kotlin or TypeScript Solid understanding of test automation principles and frameworks Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and code repository/review tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket,Jira, Confluence)Hands‑on experience with manual exploratory and feature testing is highly valued Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) is a plus Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) is an advantage A quality‑driven mindset and eagerness to learn and experiment with new tools and approachesStrong collaboration and communication skills; you thrive in a team environment and enjoy making things happen Proactive, tech‑savvy, and passionate about delivering high‑quality software Experience working in an agile software development environment Located in The Netherlands

Nice to Have Experience with cloud‑based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) Familiarity with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) or Context Driven Testing Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of performance and security testing
