Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship programme for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands‑on experience. It’s not just on‑the‑job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Join our group of around 30 interns and become part of a community where your voice and perspective matter.

Responsibilities

Supporting activities within the HR department including personnel and salary administration

First point of contact for the employees within the plant

Organise internal activities related to Rewards&Recognition, Vitality and Happiness at Work

Support the recruitment process

Gain insight into the absenteeism process and reintegration

Participate in various HR‑related projects

Internship compensation of 550€ /month and travel reimbursement

Qualifications What we’re looking for

HBO/WO students with an affinity towards HR, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology or Management

You are fluent in Dutch (Fluent in English is a plus)

Someone proactive with good communication skills

Open for teamwork but also able to take initiative

A person with hands‑on mentality

Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
