Tasks And Responsibilities
Employment contract: Full-time / 38 hours per week
Salary indication:€2,500 - €3,250 gross per month, excluding holiday pay
Employment conditions in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement
Carrying out preparatory work such as washing, cutting, (pre)cooking, mixing, stirring, etc.
Assess the quality of products/ingredients (freshness, shelf life, etc.) and prepare tools
Carry out preparations, monitor quality, doneness, taste, color, consistency, etc. and adjust if necessary.
Prepare orders for issue.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, occupational health and safety rules, HACCP and work and presentation methods
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has demonstrable knowledge of basic kitchen techniques
Can work independently and in a structured manner, even during peak hours
Has a strong sense of quality, hygiene, and attention to detail
Can communicate effectively in Dutch or English
Is positive, engaged, and eager to learn
