Our Company Kathmandu Kitchen started in 2013 with 1 location in Amsterdam, At the moment there are 5 locations. Our menu is with dishes from the authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine. We strive to make our guests with the delicious flavors of Nepalese, Indian Curry and Tandoori.
Job Description and Tasks: Independent chef for preparing Indian dishes

Location: Kathmandu Kitchen Haarlem , Rijksstraatweg 93 2024 DB Haarlem
Employment type: Full-time job / 38 hours per week Salary indication:€2517gross per month excluding holiday pay. Catering Industry CAO compliant employment conditions Performing preparatory work such as washing, cutting, (pre) cooking, mixing, stirring, etc.; Assessing the quality of products/ingredients to be used (freshness, shelf life, etc.), preparing tools;Executing preparations, monitoring/controlling quality, doneness, taste, color, fluidity, etc., and making adjustments/additions; Making orders ready to serve by performingà la minute cooking tasks, portioning, and garnishing; Supervising the work of assistants, providing guidance and instructions;Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, Occupational Health and Safety, HACCP, and work and presentation methods (house style).
