Your first months:

In your first 2 weeks:

get to know your new team and learn more about what you will be doing at SITS | Traxion.

In the next 3‑4 months:

Get brought up‑to‑speed with the IAM world, receive hands‑on training for both hard and soft skills, obtain necessary certificates, and grow your communication and personal development plan. Build a collaborative, supportive environment with the other kickstarters while beginning deep dives into your new specialization.

The next couple of months:

Gain hands‑on experience working with clients. Together with your buddy and colleagues you will become a specialist.

After that:

You are fully embedded into your team and further develop yourself as a specialist. Your professional goals guide the next steps in your development.

Our Teams Depending on your interests and strengths you will start in one of these teams:

Business Consultancy:

As the first point of contact, you help clients plan and control who can access what in their organization. Through interviews and workshops, you’ll identify risks, understand their needs, and guide the setup of security systems with our tech team.

IGA Technical Consultancy:

Design and implement cutting‑edge IGA solutions for our customers. In collaboration with business consultants, developers, and sales teams, you translate complex requirements into secure, efficient systems that protect our clients’ data and ensure compliance.

PAM or IGA Services:

Help organisations stay secure and compliant by keeping their IGA and/or PAM/AM solutions running smoothly. You’ll resolve support tickets, assist with change handling, and grow into a role of ownership and improvement.

PAM Consulting:

Drive essential security transformations by safeguarding sensitive data, preventing unauthorized access, and advising customers on future‑proofing their security—from post‑quantum readiness to automating certificates and key materials.

The impact you’ll have You will drive client satisfaction, solve challenging IAM projects, and influence key cybersecurity decisions in highly impactful fields such as the medical and governmental sectors. You’ll play a key role in securing digital identities and ensuring business continuity for global organizations across Europe.

Fixed‑term contract as part of our Kickstarter program, with intent for permanent contract.

Position for 40 hours/week (32 hours can be discussed).

Hybrid working options: 3–4 days/week at our Waardenburg office or client site and 1–2 days in the home office.

Starting salary between€3000 and €3350 gross, depending on your education and experience.

€400 home‑office set‑up budget and a monthly remote‑work allowance.

What you’ll bring to the team No prior IAM experience? No problem!

We’ll provide the training—you bring enthusiasm and drive.

Experience:

Recently graduated or in the early stages of your career and are curious about cybersecurity, Identity&Access Management, and ensuring all things are secure.

Skills:

You enjoy thinking of solutions and thinking outside the box. You are a strong communicator, dedicated, and love working in a team.

Languages:

Business‑proficient in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.

Education/certifications:

You obtained a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business IT&Management, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or ICT.

Availability:

You are available full‑time (32 or 36 hours can be discussed). In the first months you will be at the office all working days to learn the ropes. After that, hybrid working between the office, client and home office is possible in consultation with your team lead.

Driver’s License:

You have a valid EU driver’s license or are in the process of obtaining one.

Work Eligibility:

You must already hold a valid working visa and live in the Netherlands or Belgium to qualify for this role.
