Strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth. Oversee resource allocation, work preparation, and compliance with Health&Safety standards. Act as Deputy to the Head of Customer Service for Benelux/Germany. Responsibilities Lead and develop Field Service Engineers, ensuring efficiency and service excellence. Manage service contracts, budgets, and invoicing while optimizing operational performance. - Essential: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, team management experience, strong MS Office proficiency, and fluency in English. Desirable: Health&Safety certification, budget management skills, and experience in automation. Pay range and compensation package
