Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Services Cluster Manager for Benelux and Eastern Europe Countries to join our team in Hengelo or Zaltbommel, Netherlands.
What You’ll Do
P&L responsibility for service operations, execution, and growth within the Services cluster by managing teams across multiple Service units in the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic&Slovakia, and Romania. This includes ensuring, developing, and maintaining capable resources, as well as implementing tools and processes defined by the EMEA Electrical Services Management.
Responsible for overall customer satisfaction with an emphasis on on‑time delivery, cost, quality standards.
Responsible for the Services Cluster Electrical Services business financial (P&L) and operational targets and results.
Build, develop and manage Cluster Electrical Services organization covering the Service units in multiple different countries.
Continuous development of organizational capability by providing training, filling the gaps with new talents in collaboration with HR.
Implements highest ethics and EHS (health and safety) standards and culture in the Service teams across the cluster.
Drive for operational excellence with maximized availability, productivity and efficiency by benefiting synergies, sharing resources, and driving standardization across the cluster.
Support and benefit from EMEA field service engineers pool coordinating with EMEA service operations.
Implements standard tools, processes across the cluster in line with the common EMEA Services directives.
Ensure standard work processes, instructions, guidelines are developed and fully deployed.
Develop and deploy service strategies for profitable growth and align with EMEA Service organization central functions.
Introducing and deploying standard Services portfolio in the markets, managing go‑to‑market and pricing.
Proactive services sales approach across the cluster aiming to provide the highest value add to customers and ensure satisfaction.
Life cycle management of Electrical products sold in the cluster by recording, maintaining, and tracking installed base data and maximize service coverage.
Maintaining a connection with Sales Zones and Country Sales Organizations, leveraging synergies, joint sales strategies, exploring new opportunities and marketing service activities.
Interface with key customers to source new business and maintain current client relations.
Manages the authorized service partners in the cluster.
Represent the cluster in regular business reviews covering commercial, financial, and operational performance for the countries in the cluster and regularly report predefined business and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably in engineering or business.
Skills
Proven general management experience, including P&L responsibility.
Experience managing international, multi‑country teams.
Technical or field experience in Power Quality (UPS), Power Distribution (LV/MV), or Life Safety solutions (an advantage).
Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English; Dutch and German is a plus.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Experience working in a matrix, multicultural organization.
Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, time‑management, and delegation skills.
