This organization develops and produces sustainable additives for the animal feed industry. The international team works closely with other companies to combine knowledge and expertise. As Production Team Leader, you will work in production and manage the operators within your team. Together with the team, you ensure that the production planning is achieved and that quality requirements are met. You divide the work, monitor progress and ensure that the work instructions are correctly applied.During breakdowns or deviations, you make decisions and make adjustments where necessary. You oversee safety, order and tidiness and motivate your team to work together as one. In addition, you train and supervise new colleagues on the work floor and contribute to a good team transfer. You also take part in consultation moments in which improvements and plans are discussed.Job Requirements
