Employer Branding Intern

at SITS | Traxion, you will be part of the Recruitment team and work closely with Marketing and the Business to elevate our presence in the niche Identity&Access Management talent market. You will be the creative engine behind how we attract, engage, and connect with our future colleagues and get the freedom and space to explore and develop new ideas and initiatives. With this internship, you will directly contribute to our reputation as an employer, helping us connect with future colleagues and anchoring our long-term talent strategy.What You'll Do Deliver creative content-driven employer branding campaigns that attract and engage potential candidates, for example

“day in the life of a business consultant at SITS | Traxion” . Work with teams to explore creative ways to present their work and culture, for example

create a library of employer branding templates per job family . Research trends and competitor branding and identify new opportunities, for example

how to strengthen our employer brand presence on different platforms . Track engagement and other metrics after launching new content.✨ Support and contribute to additional cross-functional projects, for example

develop recruitment videos where hiring managers pitch their team and projects . Together, we will make sure that your internship project meets both your interests and your school requirements. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing Practical involvement in content creationInternational collaboration and interdisciplinary teamwork Analytical skills by tracking and interpreting metrics and improving content based on performance data Full ownership of your project with ongoing guidance and support from expert colleagues We are looking for someone who: Is a 3rd or 4th year student in Communications, PR, Marketing, HR, or a related fieldHas strong communication skills and enjoys working with different teams Is proactive, hands-on, and takes ownership of their work Is creative with visuals and has an eye for detail and design Has experience with design tools such as Canva or similar Has strong command of the Dutch and English languageWhat Do We Offer?
