As part of our Global People&Culture team, the HR Process&Automation Specialist plays a key role in creating a seamless and efficient employee experience. This role focuses on streamlining and automating HR processes across regions within our Global HR Operations Team, supporting consistent, high‑quality workflows and systems that enable a better work environment for all employees.
Combining a solid understanding of processes with a forward‑looking mindset, the HR Process&Automation Specialist helps drive operational excellence, enhances the employee journey, and enables our HR teams worldwide to focus on what matters most: supporting and empowering our people.
Your mission
Process Governance&Ownership:
Map and own all end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring global alignment and clear, up‑to‑date documentation in collaboration with Global HR Operations team members.
Develop process standards to drive consistency, quality, compliance, and efficiency across regions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all process and system changes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and eliminate inefficiencies.
Define and track KPIs to measure process performance and inform ongoing optimization efforts.
Identify, design, and implement automation and AI‑enabled solutions to streamline processes and reduce administrative workload.
Align HR systems and technology with optimized processes to enable automation and improve usability.
Change Management&Adoption:
Support change‑management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Knowledge Management:
Maintain a centralized knowledge repository containing HR process documentation, guides, and training materials.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with IT and third‑party vendors to deliver innovative, data‑informed HR solutions.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or similar fields.
Demonstrated expertise in HR process design, mapping, and continuous improvement within a complex global environment.
Experience in building or supporting HR Shared Services delivery models.
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and experience with automation tools.
Hands‑on experience designing AI‑enabled workflows or chatbot solutions in HR settings.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities, with the ability to effectively bridge HR and IT functions.
Solid HRIS knowledge and familiarity with systems integration and process–technology alignment.
Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
Proven project‑management capability, ideally supported by a recognized certification.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.

A permanent contract (we believe in commitment)
25 annual leave days, additional days from the age of 35
Holiday remuneration of 8%
Result‑related remuneration
Year‑end bonus equal to a full month’s pay
NS Business Card, lease opportunity or commuting allowance
Mobility allowance equal to 3% of your base salary
