Position Summary We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who will drive content strategy and execution that directly supports demand generation, organic growth, and sales enablement across global water treatment markets.
In this role, you will create high‑quality, SEO‑optimized content that educates water treatment professionals, environmental decision‑makers, and technical buyers while supporting pipeline development through strategic content campaigns. You will transform complex technical concepts into compelling narratives through articles,case studies, webinars, website copy, and lead generation assets. Your work will strengthen organic search visibility, build brand authority, and enable sales conversations with utilities, municipalities, and industrial clients worldwide.
This is a dynamic role for a performance‑driven content marketer who thinks in funnels and understands how content drives demand generation. You will own content production today while growing into broader digital marketing responsibilities including campaign execution, webinar programs, and marketing automation. You will work independently within a small, outcome‑driven team where your contributions directly impact lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B content marketing experience with demonstrated demand generation impact, can write for technical audiences in both
English and Spanish , and thrives in fast‑paced environments where metrics and business outcomes matter.
Position duties and responsibilities
Write SEO‑optimized articles, customer success stories, and sales enablement content that drive organic traffic and generate qualified leads
Create content for demand generation campaigns including lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and webinar programs
Execute end‑to‑end campaigns from content creation through performance tracking
Track content performance through the funnel (traffic→ leads → pipeline) and optimize based on analytics and conversion data
Conduct outreach to industry publications for guest articles and backlinks
Support SEO strategy, website content migration, and localized content for Spanish‑speaking markets
Be a true team player with strong professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
Qualification and requirements
Minimum 3 years of full-time B2B content marketing experience
with proven impact on lead generation or demand generation
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
– this is a core requirement for the role
Strong SEO writing skills with ability to create content that ranks and converts
Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation funnels, and how content supports pipeline growth
Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics for professional audiences
Self‑directed with ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience tracking content performance using analytics tools and optimizing based on data
Comfortable working with content management systems (WordPress), SEO tools, and marketing platforms
Adaptable marketer eager to expand skills beyond content into broader digital marketing areas
Bonus
Experience in water, sustainability, cleantech, infrastructure, or environmental sectors
Portuguese, or French language skills
Background in journalism, PR, or trade publication writing
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or campaign management tools
Understanding of ABM (Account‑Based Marketing) principles and target account engagement
Residency and Eligibility Applicants must already reside in the Netherlands, preferably within the Randstad area.
