To support our growing presence in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Team Leader to join the new site in Hazeldonk.

What You Do On a Typical Day

Responsible for the daily operations, processes, productivity, quality, and KPIs within the department, including Warehouse, Returns, or Quality activities

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees through training, appraisals, performance management, and daily operational support

Support staffing activities, time registration, and provide recommendations regarding hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, and contract termination

Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to company standards, procedures, and work instructions while maintaining a positive team environment

Lead start‑up activities and continuously drive process improvements within the department

Ensure process documentation and work instructions remain up to date and are followed by the team

What You Need To Succeed

Strong experience in a similar leadership position within logistics operations

Proven experience leading large teams in an international environment

Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is considered an advantage

Proactive, flexible, and self‑starting attitude with strong people‑management skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and WMS functionality

Willingness to work in shifts
