Answering and potentially redirecting incoming phone calls; Registering new colleagues in our systems and ensuring they have the correct access and resources; Preparing meeting rooms; Managing the issuance and registration of loaner equipment to employees; Processing and resolving facility-related reports in the system;Supporting the Facility department with tasks such as making small orders and replenishing coffee supplies. Your profile / Qualifications

You navigate easily in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes; You thrive in a fast-growing organization like Arvato; You are personable and committed to providing excellent service; You are confident and not afraid to take on challenges; You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the facility management system TopDesk;You have effective communication skills in both Dutch and English.
