As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process and will assist your colleagues with complex payroll and regulatory issues.
Responsibilities
Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete payroll processing for temporary workers
Applying and monitoring laws and regulations related to payroll administration
Handling complex payroll issues
Conducting checks and audits of payroll administration
Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement within payroll and back-office processes
Communicating legislative changes to the organization and providing support with reporting and corrections
Working with payroll, back-office, and time-tracking systems
Job Requirements
You have completed a PDL program (or equivalent) and have several years of experience in payroll, preferably in the staffing industry
You have in-depth professional knowledge of:
Payroll calculations, taxes, and social security contributions
ABU/NBBU collective bargaining agreements and labor laws
Payroll regulations
You work in a structured, accurate, and results-oriented manner and are a strong team player
You communicate clearly and can explain complex matters in an understandable way
You think in terms of solutions and are not afraid to be critical within the framework of laws and regulations
Knowledge and experience working with Mysolution
You are digitally savvy and quickly get the hang of new systems
An SEU certificate is a plus, or you are willing to obtain one
Employment Conditions
A full-time position (40 hours per week)
A salary between€2,650 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience
26 vacation days
