We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our location Esso Utrecht 24 Oktoberplein at 24 Oktoberplein 1, 3533 KA Utrecht. 38 hours per week As an Assistant Manager, you are the link between the manager and the rest of the team. With clear communication, a listening ear, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, you ensure that all operational matters run smoothly. You are responsible for staffing, managing the stock, and ensuring that the gas station is always in perfect condition.As an Assistant Gas Station Manager, you will support the gas station manager in leading the team and achieving sales goals. You will work closely with the team to ensure that the station is run efficiently and effectively. You report to the gas station manager and help with preparing schedules, managing stock, and carrying out cash register work. You supervise the workplace when the manager performs administrative tasks, and vice versa.What do we have to offer you?

At least 1 year of

experience

in a comparable position; A

customer-oriented attitude

and able to deal with customers in a professional manner; Flexibility

and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays; Good

control

of the

Dutch language; You possess a

Driving License B

and have

own transport; Knowledge

of MS Office and experience with
