Your mission is to optimize the software development life-cycle (SDLC) by expanding build pipelines, implementing automated tools, and enhancing support for test engineering across complex real-time system projects.As a
Project Manager,
you are responsible for the timely execution of this transformation effort within budget and quality constraints. Key responsibilities include: Developing solid project plans and steering a distributed team of engineers (local and international). Distilling best practices and standardizing software development and deployment activities across multiple teams.Providing timely and transparent reporting on progress, risks, and milestones to senior management. Effectively leveraging international competence centers to ensure project scalability and success. You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in software engineering processes and CI/CD strategies.Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Computer Technology, Software Development, or a related field. Proven management experience in High-Tech industries with a track record of delivering complex technical projects. Strong understanding of software development tools (e.g., Jira, Bazel is a plus) and Agile methodologies.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse, cross-border teams.
