(including holiday allowance) and a year‑end bonus. Your Role as Lead Engineer High Voltage (Primary Systems)
Your focus lies in the area of high‑voltage components (primary systems) and the associated structures required for installing and mounting these components. This includes high‑voltage transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, current and voltage transformers, cable and/or overhead line connections, and all supporting structures.You will lead both internal and external engineers and take full responsibility from the basic design phase through to execution and project delivery. Translating functional designs and requirements into concrete designs and project plans. Designing and verifying integrated solutions based on client specifications, technical standards and guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations. Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings, calculations, and execution documents.Supporting the (Lead Engineer and) Technical Manager throughout the project phases— from basic design in the preparation phase to detailed execution design. Identifying and resolving design bottlenecks, reporting findings, and performing quality checks. What Do You Bring to Be Successful?
A completed bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a comparable technical field. Knowledge of high‑voltage components such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, or connections is a strong advantage. You enjoy working with electrical networks (high voltage) and power engineering.Key competencies: a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset— you strive for the best results for both the project and your own development. Excellent communication skills are desirable, as well as strong analytical thinking and a results‑oriented approach. Our offer
Annual salary: ranging from€55.186 to €89.734, consisting of: Gross monthly salary: between €4,263 and €6,923, depending on your knowledge and experience. Flex budget: 10% of your gross monthly salary, which you can use flexibly — for example, to purchase additional vacation days. Year‑end bonus: 3.7%.Vacation days: 24.5 days based on a full‑time contract. Holiday allowance: 8%. ABP pension contribution: 27%, of which Hanab ES contributes 18.9%. Job‑specific training: negotiable, with a training budget of €1,500. Collective labor agreement: Network Companies (CAO Netwerkbedrijven). Public transport pass: 2nd class, also forprivate use if you commute by public transport.Sustainable employability budget:€500 gross per year, for example for a gym membership.
